SALARY HIKE !!
Today is a great day...its official...they have announced a hike !!.....really cant comprehend the calculations...but...my salary will be increased eff. last month...so next month will be getting more + more for this month !!

In countries like UK, the normal hike would be around 1 to 4%. if a company gives a 4% hike, its considered a pay master. :)
Yeah chakra....the hike looks impressive somewhere around 15%....but still...namakku yevvalovu koduthaalum pothathe...10th-ku mela month-end !!
Technically my sal is going up a tweeny weeny bit ....but nother few months there will be a good jump !....waiting for that !!
